May 28, 2007] Aberdeen Asset Management Asia Limited(AAMAL) disclosed that it increased Busan Bank's shareholding from previous 11.40% to 12.49%, up by 1.09%, and has become the largest foreign shareholder of the bank. 

AAMAL is an asset management company investing around US$ 40 billion worldwide, and the fund owning Busan Bank's shares is an independent corporation based in Singapore.
