    This is a part of citizen-participatory social contribution activities that constructs small-scale gardens (flower beds) in isolated and neglected areas. These small-scale gardens installed in areas contaminated by garbage and wastes show environmental purification and prevention of secondary garbage dumping

    Disaster Recovery and Environmental Purification Activities

    Employees of BNK Financial Group led the efforts to recover flood damage of Taehwa Market in Ulsan from Typhoon Chaba. In addition, we have been providing various rescue and volunteer activities to help disaster and calamity areas such as localized heavy rain in Jindong-myeon, Changwon, Gyeongnam and mountain fire in Sinhwa Village, Ulju-gun, Ulsan.

    One company-one island environmental protection agreement

    BNK Busan Bank Hope Giving Volunteer Group signs one company-one island agreements and visits islands on a regular basis to clean up the environment by collecting garbage dumped by fishers. We plan to host environmental essay contests, poem exhibitions and marine photograph contests in island areas for elementary, middle and high school students to introduce islands of Busan to citizens.

    This urban regeneration project is intended to bring energy to slumming towns in the cities by making mural villages in Seongho-dong and Chusan-dong of MasanhabpoMasanhappo-gu, Changwon-si. This mural village project breathes new life into forgotten areas.
